Have only had the laptop for a week but so far I am really happy does everything I want it to do stays cool and quiet whilst I doing it.

Easy to use, lightweight for travelling with. Fast processor so far so good! Only downside is the keyboard characters are sometimes heard to see.

Very pleased with this laptop so far, although only a week in. It was easy to set up and is allowing me to whizz around the internet and use downloaded software with ease.

I wanted a relatively cheap laptop to some office work and the odd graphic work. It is very light, nice and easy to carry round. Providing I don’t engage in any heavy power use apps, I can easily get 5 hours out of the battery, which is quick to recharge. This model comes with a decent amount of RAM (16 Gb) which is good for a standard laptop. The i7 processor has some decent power, and 500Gb of SSD is plenty of storage. Equipped with USB 3.2 (both normal and C slots) external drives have no issues. The keyboard has a number pad. A little narrow, but for a 15 inch laptop it’s a welcome addition. Quick to start up, and shut down - it is a delight to start work with. Definitely a great buy for the price.

Very pleased with my new laptop - ao were definitely the cheapest, particularly for such a high spec. I thought at first that the backlit keyboard would make it unusable for me during the day as I couldn't see the keys without the curtains drawn (!) BUT as soon as I found the F7 key which toggles through brightness options, including turning backlight off, that problem has been solved completely: I turn it off during the day then turn back on for evening.

The laptop I bought was great, very easy to setup and value for money. I am happy with it.
