We've only had the drier for a week, but initial thoughts are positive. Having switched from a vented drier to a heat pump has been a learning curve. Drying times are much longer but the clothes never feel too hot to touch, making it much more energy-efficient. There are tons of programmes available, so lots of options for each clothing type. It's quiet and requires very little set up. Overall really happy with it.

Delivery was really good. Rang ahead and left where we asked them to. So far so good tumble dryer works well dries clothes nicely and has lots of different settings to suit all loads.

I wanted to try out a "heat source" tumble dryer, because it was said to be much better for the environment. but it tuns out its significantly better for your budget also, which is logical if you consider how it works. the dryer uses a lot less electricity its basically just a fridge in reverse! most people don't realise how much a normal tumble dryer costs to run. If your tumble dryer is running one hour a day, which isn't unusual in a family these days in the winter, its equivalent to having your kettle on for an hour! take a look at your smart meter when running a heat source dryer like this - it hardly moves. Very smart move! great machine, good price.

Very happy with my purchase. Dries really well leaving less creases than other machines I’ve had and also takes a good sized load. Also has a nifty way to dry sports shoes!

It works, only had it a week so can't say any more.
