Looks smart, and easy to use. Much heavier than expected though, and some cycle have unclear or dynamic drying times. Very energy efficient.

A good dryer & a great service

Bought this in October 2021 as I wanted a heat pump dryer for environmental / energy saving purposes. Worked well until November 2022 when the drum stopped turning. I have had 5 engineer visits since and it's still not working. They've changed the motor, control module, pump & water sensor already, and today have ordered yet another pump & module. We have now been 2 months without a dryer & as it was 55 weeks after delivery I can't get a replacement - just keep on with the repairs or been offered money off a new one!!!

This is my first tumble dryer and I am very pleased. I was expecting to have to spend a lot more money than this cost and for the price it is excellent. It is easy to use, dries quickly and well. I would definitely recommend.

works pretty well, doesn't take too long. no longer have a problem with condensation in the room. doesnt' dry as well as might have hoped, alwyays a few items still a little damp at the end.

Great dryer, surprisingly quiet and supposedly one of the cheapest to run.
