Very energy efficient (around a 1/3 energy use of our previous tumble dryer) and quiet in use.

Very easy to install The drying is excellent, even and not to wrinkling. The filter catches so much fluff it’s given our bed sheets a new lease of life, they simply look better for having been tumbled. The machine is on the loud side, but the noise it emits is of a low frequency, so it’s easy to ignore. I wouldn’t use this appliance in an open plan setting though.

Very happy with this tumble dryer. Takes only a little longer to dry laundry than my old one, but much better to have the lower temperture drying along with the energy saving. Very sturdy build, quiet, large door opening and reverse tumble.

After comparing the cost of ownership of a traditional condenser tumble dryer and the heat pump dryer, the savings are huge, the higher upfront cost of the heat pump dryer is covered within the first year making every year thereafter a collective HUGE saving with the current cost of electricity. It works out at about half the cost of a standard condenser dryer after two years. Just amazing, the savings.

No negative reports from our tenants so assume all's good.

Only had it a short time, but it seems to do everything well.

Heat pump tumble drier, worked better than expectations - quick and quiet a complete contrast to the one it replaced. Fuel economy detail not yet available but shorter drying time and heat reuse must represent a big reduction in electricity consumption.
