Very seldom dries the load in one cycle. Normally needs 2 taking over 7 hours especially if there is a duvet cover which I now have to dry on its own. Light clothes may be ok but jeans will need 2 cycles and these are on the highest setting which is meant to be straight to the cupboard. Am not sure how on earth it can be cheaper than my old drier which could dry a full load in 2 hours not 7!! Would not recommend.

Really quiet. Need to be ready for the most economical cycle to take a long time (3hours). But can dry things quicker if needed. Loving the range of programs, clothes coming out feeling great.

Great delivery. The dryer was well packaged. Opening was straight forward and it was easy to install, with no need for a vent and fitting very neatly under our work surface. Although hi-tech, It’s very simple to use with good clear instructions provided. Drying times are extended due to the lower drying temperature, which is what makes it energy saving, but the variability of settings allows you to tailor just how dry you want the clothes, from just right for ironing, through dry but needing airing to bone dry and ready to put away immediately. We soon got used to the time scales and I have a happy wife(and she’s very discerning!) so what else could a man want! Looking forward to those lower electric bills and a neat property exterior with no vent to spoil the brickwork. It should pay for itself in about 7 years based on our usual usage. And we’re saving the planet too! Job’s a good ‘in!

I really like the dryer, it's lovely and quiet. It drys well leaving clothes softer than my previous model, the only small issue for me is that it often stops/turns off when things are not dry, meaning I need to check and restart, other than this little niggle I would have given 5 stars and it's more like a 4.7 from me. It has lead to changing the way I do laundry and spreading loads out over the week due to the longer drying time, the upside is definitely it seems much gentler on fabric, much better than my previous model. I haven't checked electricity usage yet but I'm hopeful it is as advertised. Overall I really like the dryer and would recommend.
