Efficient but very slow to dry clothes compared to a vented drier

It's probably a little early to leave a balanced feedback, but so far we are reasonably happy with it. We have had to restart a few loads because the sensor says it's dry,but it wasn't. As far as running costs go, it's definitely too early to say. All we will definitely say is lf you're not used to a heat pump type of drier, be prepared to wait.

Great product. Very energy efficient!

Disappointing. I’ve had it for some weeks now, but I’ve yet to find a setting that doesn’t leave the clothes damp. Supposedly it has a sensor, but not sure what it senses, because the inside of the door is still covered in condensation after it considers the job done. Also takes a remarkably long time going around and failing to dry. I tried reducing the load down to just one towel, but it still couldn’t cope. I had thought it might be quieter too. So generally a bit rubbish. It is however probably environmentally friendly – because it has encouraged me to dry my washing on the line as much as possible.

Great product. Took a while to get used to the extended drying times compared to my old vented dryer but have already noticed a decrease in the usage costs. Just be aware that it’s much heavier than a vented tumble dryer.

Doesn't get clothes as dry as a condenser drier but much cheaper to run

Effective tumble dryer and cheaper on electricity than my old condenser.
