Super efficient dryer. Dries the clothes perfectly and great on energy consumption.

Good size dryer. Very energy efficient. Trying out the different programmes to find which I'll use most. Takes longer than my old AEG dryer but my smart meter doesn't to into melt down! Very pleased so far.

At under a month after purchase it is really too early to review a product - so far so good

Works exactly as described, good size drum, easy to clean filters, programmes are straight forward and east to understand, was super quick and easy to plumb into an exisitng waste so no need to empty the water collection drawer, it does take longer to dry things, but I did expect that, the electricity costs are a massive reduction compared to my previous condenser and vented tumble dryers, so very happy with this, delivery was quick, professional and really helpful as my laundry room is upstairs and there was no fuss at all with the delivery drivers taking this upstairs for me or with removal and recycling of my old tumble dryer, i even got a phonecall from the delivery driver to let me know they were about half an hour away, overall very happy with this.

A very quiet tumble dryer and does the job although sometimes the clothes do not dry first time and need a boost dry. It doesn’t seem to get very hot which is great for long lasting clothes but does mean not takes longer to dry and sometimes requires a second go.

I think machine is good however the legs to level the machine is quite sturdy and you need 2 ppl and a wrench to adjust them. It was almost stuck in their initial position

Firstly, I can not fault AO for the ease of buying, efficiency in delivery etc and their customer care is excellent and if I could give the 5 stars just for AO I would! But the indesit heat pump tumble dryer is awful, have had for 7 weeks and thought at first it was just me having to get used to the heat pump, but I've been finding after a 3.5 hr cupboard dry cycle washing is still really damp and needs to go for a lot longer, could dry quicker on an airer. Then at 7 weeks old it failed completely. Indesit have come out to repair, but couldn't as main control unit failed. Not impressed at all so will be returning as not fit for purpose... but AO have sorted out a replacement tumble dryer straight away. I have gone back to a condenser dryer, as I cannot believe that the time a heat pump dryer takes to dry is more efficient, having monitored my electricity use and cannot say I see a difference in cost.I
