Firstly, I can not fault AO for the ease of buying, efficiency in delivery etc and their customer care is excellent and if I could give the 5 stars just for AO I would! But the indesit heat pump tumble dryer is awful, have had for 7 weeks and thought at first it was just me having to get used to the heat pump, but I've been finding after a 3.5 hr cupboard dry cycle washing is still really damp and needs to go for a lot longer, could dry quicker on an airer. Then at 7 weeks old it failed completely. Indesit have come out to repair, but couldn't as main control unit failed. Not impressed at all so will be returning as not fit for purpose... but AO have sorted out a replacement tumble dryer straight away. I have gone back to a condenser dryer, as I cannot believe that the time a heat pump dryer takes to dry is more efficient, having monitored my electricity use and cannot say I see a difference in cost.I

It’s a bit noisy but dries really well. My first one was broken and AP were very quick to collect and replace it.

Great product fast drying and a lot cheaper to run than other dryers. Good fair price. Compared to other company’s. Took warranty out by a o for fully piece mind

Dries clothes fairy quick.

So much cheaper to run that our previous tumble dryer which was only five years old. Great choice of cycles and we really like the timer feature so we can make the best of our economy 7 electricity. Clothes leave the tumble dryer feeling so soft without the use of fabric conditioner. I was worried as some had said it takes longer to dry than standard tumble dryers; however we've found this not to be the case with most loads taking around 2 hours to dry (even on the cooler setting)!

Great tumble dryer easy to use and simple ! Just what I wanted , our old Bosch one was rubbish and too complicated

It's been a few years since we last bought a tumble dryer so thought we'd try one of the new 'heat pump' variety. We've used Indesit previously so have been happy with that brand so went for this model to replace the previous vented type. This is a nice quiet tumbler and has not shown any problems with using the auto programmes to dry our washing. It remains to see how the more frugal use of electricity pans out but so far we are very happy with this purchase. We are using the built in reservoir to drain off the water but may move to use the drain pipe externally at some point. For now, just remember to empty the reservoir after each session! Swift delivery by AO (next day) and the team were very helpfull in unpacking and setting this up. They removed the old one with no fuss as well! Thanks AO!
