There are quite a few different settings and at the moment it's a bit difficult to work out which one is best for a particular load. Our old one was more straightforward. I expect we'll get the hang of it as we do more loads. Everything has dried well.

too many programs for my liking with instructions that take some reading/ digesting. First time used was for line dried single duvet 2 pillow caes, a fitted sheet and a tea towel just to finish off as nealy dry ( for February- good) I selected Cottons and the display showed 3hrs 4min which i couldn't believe. This programme changes as is detects the dampness it seems. Kept checking and it the end stopped the machine by opening the door, after 55 mins. The items still felt as damp/ dry as when put in. My old drier would take 40 mins . Hopefully "Push and Go" is a better option. Not impressed so far for a Which Best Buy.

This is my second heat pump tumble dryer as I use it a lot! I am really happy with this one and the advancement that's been made to the functionality offered in the driers now. I love the fast dry function!

Good product and easy to instal. Bought this one as our daughter and her husband had bought one and were pleased with it. Also, we did not want to have to instal a vent or drain.

The tumble dryer broke within 60 days. The problem was with the main board, three visits later I still have a broken tumble dryer. The right part was ordered but the wrong part was delivered on both occasions. This machine is 60 days old. I would not recommend. I cannot actually speak to a human either. So frustrating!!

Fantastic product and so energy efficient

I'm very happy . My previous dryer was vented and I was worried that the heat pump one might not be able to keep up with all the washing . It takes a little longer , but not dramatically longer . It's a lot cheaper to run

Only had for 3-weeks but excellent so far, efficient and cost effective, would definitely recommend.
