Had this for about a week now and I am impressed. The filters are easy to clean and the water container is at the top of the machine. It is quiet and there is an 'auto' setting so that it will dry the clothes in the most eco and quickest way. The dryer looks good too. AO were great arranging delivery and even took my old dryer for free! Overall impressed with the machine and with the service ??

Only had it a week and still working out the best setting to use as at first use laundry was still slightly damp. I found that the very dry cupboard setting was needed for a small mixed load, it does take longer cycle than condenser dryer but hopefully will be cheaper to run. So far pleased with it and what I expected after reading other reviews.

Very good but just use the ‘extra cupboard dry’ setting if you want items to be fully dry.

Can't fault this product - exactly as described ??

First time having a heat pump tumble dryer, much quieter than the condensing type. Still dries everything the same and cheaper to run.

Great tumble dryer. Large capacity perfect. Good on electricity. Highly recommended.
