    Yes it’s a heat pump and it does take a little longer but the energy saving is worth it the ordering and delivery process was absolutely top quality informed of the journey all the way highly recommend AO

    Good capacity 9kg, dries the clothes lovely, very quite in operation, easy to clean filters, and empty the water tank. Water tank is 5kg. But we empty after every wash . Very economical.

    Happy with this product. Taking a bit of getting used to how long the cycle takes but if it still works out cheaper, that’s more important. Larger capacity excellent to go with my 10kg washer. Also, delay function proving economical with my cheaper energy tariff overnight.
