So far so good, does what it's supposed to. Very easy to clean the filters and empty the water tray. Quiet when running and I can tell by watching the smart meter it's not using much electricity like my old vented one.

I was worried about the new style of tumble dryer but I'm really impressed. It doesn't take longer and is certainly is a much shorter cycle compared to my 15yr old condenser. Great machine; easy to use; doesn't fill the house with condensation. Really happy with my purchase. Also the delivery men were excellent and very tolerant of my son who was trying his best to get under their feet and wanted attention. I'd definitely recommend AO.

Pleasantly surprised at the length of the drying time. Not as long as anticipated after reading a lot about the heat pump machines. Seems to be very efficient, easy to use. Clothes come out as programmed. Very happy with purchase, good price.

So far so good - very easy to use and operates quietly. Takes a good load of washing - automatic drying is slightly too damp so needs a little extra sometimes. Seems to be a lot more efficient than our vented one

This is our first heat pump tumble drier and we noted the reviews that things might take longer to dry. We can concur with that but the performance thus far has been very good and the machine is extremely quiet. Excellent load capacity and overall delighted with the purchase.

good product takes time to get going but deffo beats launderette,but I also believe much cheaper than condenser dryer,Ive had that on good authority.
