I bought this as a direct replacement for a previous model - this isn’t just like-for-like, though, it’s much, much better than the last one. The display is bright, controls responsive, the features are much better and more accessible than the previous model. The only downside is the door opening handle is more squared off than the bowed handle of the previous model, but that’s a small concern in comparison. Very happy with the product. In addition, the delivery was quick and courteous. Thanks!

I hated this microwave. It is complicated to use and I would never order Zanussi again. Also it was extremely expensive and fortunately AO took it back and replaced it with a microwave I much prefer.

Excellent microwave, the door opens practically flat which is better than others that I have had and looked at. The dial to set time is so much better than buttons. The internal height is a little less than previous built in microwave, but still high enough and the turntable is a much better size. Easy to set up and use.

Large and powerful. Matches the zanussi oven which sits below it.

This item looks great, but don't be fooled by the idea that it can work as an oven it can't. Oven is not one of the settings It has microwave setting which can accept low wattage to high wattage of 1000w, easy to change watts but only in 100 Watts (you can't choose 650 say) It also has a grill function It's easy to use, and looks good. Stated what function is on the display so you don't get muddled between the 2. 2 round Dials pop out, but can be popped back in so it's tidy It's ok for a microwave, but not what I was expecting. Bought the AO old appliances and rubbish removal but it doesn't apply to this product. So was a waste of money.
