This product is very good Some of the wash times are longer than the old machine but it is very quiet so the delayed start option works well - the washing gets done before you get up

My ancient Zanussi washing machine had had enough. Time to investigate what is out there. Checked various websites including ‘Which’ and was pleasantly surprised with reviews for Zanussi products. Researched prices and was happy with what ao.com. had to offer. Simple online click of the button and could see immediately what was on available. Ordered, arranged disconnecting and disposal of old machine and was delighted with the demonstration given by the engineer. No hesitation in recommending ao.com

So far so good. It washes the clothes and I have tried a variety of programmes except for drying as haven't needed it yet. Did have a few problems with installing and regret not paying extra for drivers to do that. Hose wasn't long enough but was able to get a replacement from manufacturer. Only other slight issue is key was missing to remove the the screws that are put in to protect drum during transportation. The screws are made of rubbish metal so bits were flaking off them easier than turning them when I used grips to remove them.

Have gone back to Zanussi after having a different brand for a while. I'm not disappointed at all. Wash programmes are good and drying times are much shorter than other brands.

Good product very quiet when working

A very smart looking machine. This is also very quiet especially when on the fastest spin.

We thought we had a problem with the product and contacted AO to report it . Danial at AO and Rebecca from Zanussi dealt with the issue in a professional manner and organised an engineer to visit and check if in fact we did have a problem. The result was that nothing was wrong and gave the machine a clean bill of health. Can’t thank the team enough for their excellent service.
