Over the years I've gone from one "leading" carpet cleaner to the next, always being frustrated at how hard they can be to clean afterwards. The last one, all-singing, all-dancing competitor to this, was used a total of 5 times before it died from blockages. I am so impressed with the ease of use, the functionality, the coverage and power of this Bissell, as well as how simple it is to quickly take apart afterwards for a good flush out and clean, leaving it ready for the next use. Absolutely worth the 5 stars, in my humble, but experienced opinion. Thank you Bissell!

Very good results after washing and clean and almost dry too. I do recommend this machine.

So our other carpet cleaner (starts with s ends with a k) started leaking and was sent back as unrepairable. I decided to give this one a go and am glad I did as it is easier to clean and some good thought went into the design. The only thing I would say is that for the size of the waste tank it could have more capacity for the waste water. It’s good for dog accidents and the chemical is a reasonable price.

This carpet cleaner is fantastic compared to my older one. It does a great job even with our thick bedroom carpet. It dries pretty quickly too. Easy to use and has nice, smooth movement. I would pay for it again just to have it.
