I bought this to try home made bread. The recipe for standard white bread works great and have also tried the wholewheat recipe which is also good. Very clear instructions and the recipes are easy to follow. Once the ingredients are in the bowl just set the program and loaf size and press start. It take a while but you can just leave it to do its thing. Brilliant

This is a good bread maker, which I bought to replace an old one that I had for years and was wearing out, a different make. It has taken some getting used to as the recipes have quite different amounts and some ingredients to what I am used to, so far I have made wholewheat loves and some wholewheat dough for rolls. The dough and rolls came out superbly, however I am finding the baked loaves are not rising as well as I had hoped with a bit of sinking - probably something I am doing wrong. I made the mistake of thinking this machine made the same size loaves as my old one - it doesn't, as they are smaller. The first loaf I made was the smaller one which turned out like a brick but made nice toast! I think you need a lot of practice with this machine but I am looking forward to trying out some other programmes. As other people have stated, the machine is quite large in terms of it's depth, and I don't have much room in my kitchen - this is something to be aware of if you don't have much worktop in your kitchen.

Wanted a bread maker to mostly make the dough for rolls etc but this one has a Gluten Free loaf option and recipe which is a great way to make gluten free bread for my daughter. It’s a good machine and for the price it’s ideal for my basic needs but also would suit anyone who has other more complex recipes etc. Can’t go wrong price is good and does what it says on the tin so what is not to like.

Used it only a handful of times so far but very impressed. Nicely looking, easy to operate, and pretty quiet piece of equipment.
