Poor, flat 4K display - don't buy this model!

Very, very disappointed with this TV. Flat, grey and lacking depth and colour - more like a big monitor than a 4K Ultra HD TV. I have an old TCL with same feeds (HDMI straight from Virgin Box) in another room and the difference is huge. AO support good who put got me through to TCL customer support (as they don't answer the phone themselves) who requested images / settings etc. Did all of that to be given instructions to change settings (like I hadn't tried everything already) for the wrong TV / menu structure, who then said take it up with AO.com - where I lost the will to live and decided to deal with it, till the kind offer to submit this review dropped into my inbox.
