Really good everyday use laptop.. it was very easy to set up took very little time.. sleak and thin not heavy at all.. simple for kids to do their homework on. No issues so far!

Had issues with the delivery the original order was lost in transit. spoke to AO support and they were very helpful and sent out another laptop a week later.
So far the laptop is running smooth im not really tech savvy and system seams easy to use with helpful tips running through the start up to going through the laptop features and programs. I'm sure if i have any issues HP support will help.
