Buying this item is basically buying an iPad was not impressed with its performance at all With the ryzen 7000 series you would expect high-performance but NO With it sharing the on-board RAM and a very low hard drive capacity causes a massive uproar with speed by slowing the performance down to the point of a virus I do not recommend anyone buy this laptop sorry iPad unless it’s only for office work as it’s no good for anything else

No power to this thing at all. hard drive gets overloaded to quickly ram can’t keep up with it at all only being 4gz this thing is more like a iPad made to look like a laptop

HP Laptop. Excellent laptop with decent size screen for doing basic computing. My only concern is the internal speakers could be better.

GOOD LAPTOP BUT NOT AS ADVERTISED ON AO SITE

Bought after a decision to leave IOS. and return to windows, great laptop, speed is excellent and in my opinion a good choice, very pleased
One thing to note it is advertised as Windows 11 Home but it is in fact Windows 11 S which restricts downloads from 3rd party sites , not a problem as S can be turned off for full Windows 11 Home which I have done

Bought this laptop as returned to Windows OS after having a Macbook for a few years and Apple products prices now being ridiculously high and specifically wanted Windows 11 Home, this was advertised on AO website as so
Whilst setting it up however it became clear that the OS was Windows11 S, which is somewhat restrictive on what Apps you can download and was about to package it back up for return but luckily I found that S format could be turned off, which I have done
