Loving this vacuum cleaner, the first one I got had very little suction but AO was very helpful in sending a new one out to me. I was thinking for a second that the Henry cordless wasn't worth it but so far so good with the new one. I've always used a Henry vacuum cleaner but having the cordless version is so much better I can clean all the small crevices and even the car better now, the battery life is good as well. The only issue I find is that when I move from laminate floor to a fluffy rug the roll stops and I have to restart the vacuum to get it running fine again, but switching from laminate to flat carpet it works perfectly and switch with ease. Despite this I recommend it.

When I powered it on, I was immediately impressed by its suction power. Unlike the Avalla D-3, which often left dirt behind and struggled to pick up even small debris, the Henry Quick glided smoothly over carpets and hard floors, effortlessly picking up everything in its path. The battery life on the Henry Quick is another win—it lasts long enough to clean multiple rooms in one go without needing a recharge, something the Avalla D-3 could never manage. The lightweight design also made it easy to maneuver, and the cordless feature meant I could clean without being restricted by the length of a cord. In short, after my frustrating experience with the Avalla D-3, the Henry Quick was a breath of fresh air. It’s efficient, powerful, and genuinely a joy to use. I’m so happy I made the switch, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable cordless vacuum. Definitely worth every penny!

Great suction and battery life. Light weight and the head is smaller than other cordless vacuums so gets into smaller spaces.

Absolutely BRILLIANT! Much better than my corded hoover. Excellent suction on carpets and hard floors, even right up to the edges of skirting boards. Clean and easy to empty. Used to dread hoovering, now it’s so easy. Can’t fault it - highly recommend.

this has the power of the Henry: on the super suction it is so strong it picks up the carpet too strong for me to use! - There is excellent suction without the boost, it picks up extremely well and the effect on carpet is clearly visible. easy to manoeuvre, lies flat to get under furnisher. only drawback is the weight - many people buy cordless "wand" vacuums for their easy use for people with physical difficulties, like me, I have severe arthritis in arms and hands which is why I bought this - I had past experience of Henry and always found them reliable so assumed this would be the same and my trial has assured me it will be. The weight was more than I expected it to be but with the extended handle in place I can manage it. The instructions were clear and diagrams easy to follow; one small point, I found in the bottom of the box a slip of paper to say if you want to return the item it must be unused! A bit disconcerting when the only way to make a judgement on performance is to vacuum a carpet! Overall a good buy.

Light and easy to use. Very versatile with many additional features that make things easier to hoover. Does the job really well.
