Absolutely dreadful. Item has stopped working after just over 2 weeks.....or 6weeks if you count from when it was bought, but not delivered. Apparently the warranty (and the 30 day return window) starts from when you pay for it, not when it's delivered. We were moving house and paid for it ahead of the move, but had it delivered shortly after we moved. Now, after 2 weeks use, we are out of the 30 day returns window - nice!
Item is now completely useless, stuck in the middle of the room with all our frozen food in the bin.
Phoned up to report and get service. "Engineer" will have to visit but....they can't tell us when. The booking system is down.
So, the freezer has been used for just over 2 weeks, it is completely unusable and we don't know when anyone is even going to look at it.
....and the foot levelling/adjustment system is terrible.
