Great product. Nice and efficient

So far ive had no problems with the dryer, ive had a vented one for years as i was never keen on the condenser type but i am pleasantly surprised at how well this dries our clothes and actually i find less static than the previous vented drier - pleased so far

My last Beko condenser dryer was a bit smaller and cheaper. However it seemed sturdier than this model. This water reservoir is lighter and has a more delicate feel to it, and does not slot into its space so firmly or smoothly. Similarly with the door. It does not open easily with one hand, I have to open it with two hands lower down the door and it is wobbly, making it feel as though if I forget and try to open with one hand it will snap off. That said the machine colour is good and it is spacious at 9Kg. The drum has raised surfaces which may help with drying so I may not need my dryer balls now. The rotation is quiet, at least without the dryer balls. I am concerned that all the drying programmes are so long and therefore expensive. Any slightly shorter ones do not enable my clothes to finish bone dry, and I do not want them damp dry for ironing but ready to put away in the wardrobe immediately. I am disappointed that the timer option is rather restrictive. A quick 5 minutes on hot would be handy to finish off any item still a bit damp. That said it is handy having a screen telling me how long each drying cycle will take. So far most drying cycles have been satisfactory with only bulky items like duvet covers needing more than one cycle.

Swift delivery and great dryer - easy to set up and use with perfect results. Good sized drum and relatively quiet. Very pleased with this and would happily recommend

Great dryer. Love the water tray at the top. Light makes sure nothing is left in the drum. A range of drying levels is really helpful. So far everything has come out very crease free. Very quiet and a little tune at the end helps. Would recommend.
