The more experience we have with this dryer, the less we like it. Overly complicated, with some programmes for supposedly only one fabric type taking a ridiculous amount of time (just how can they be more economical to run?) and items still need airing after it's finished. It's not like our old, simple, put in wash-load, switch it on for a given length of time, take dried items out, Beko dryer. After 2hrs 15 minutes on Bedding setting, I've just taken out a damp, twisted set of 2 single duvet bags & 2 pliiow cases - everything having gone inside one duvet bag despite every button being fastened! Before starting, I'd checked that the fluff filter & water drawer were clean & empty, however, the water drawer was absolutely filled and as it came clear it tipped up and emptied most of the water all over the garage floor! I am also still removing the residue of the blue tape used across to top front of the machine (the failure to successfully remove it from the 1st dryer delivered led to a Beko agreed exchange). The dryer has been used 4 times, but only once have the items been dried thoroughly.

Excellent item really pleased with it

Really easy to install and, as far as tumbles go, easy on the eye as well. It's quiet and a great energy saver. The light inside the drum is a great feature too. Delivery was fast and the guys brought it through to the utility, professional and friendly.

Easy installation, set up and optional drainage useful (but not required). Dryer is very quiet while running so can use overnight and the heat pump means clothes are dry and do not overheat which is great.
