Our new Neff full steam oven is a joy to use! I was initially overawed by the length of the manual and all the health warnings (apparently you mustn't immerse the oven in water: who knew?). Any way, I found out that by gradually using the many features of this amazing oven, I quickly attained a level of competence. Yesterday, I mad some lovely soft burger buns making full use of the device's dough proving setting, and bread making setting. I have found that it has literally saved me hours and makes the job of bread making so much easier and safer. I could go on for pages about all its lovely features! For somebody whose hobby is cooking, it's like Christmas every day in my house!
