Well, I bought the wrong oven (my mistake) but I must say AO returns made it very easy to replace with a different model. Therefore, this review is about AO and not the oven!

this is a brilliant double oven and the fact that we purchased it to replace
an identical one which was well over 12yrs and served us well speaks volumes. The only negative is I wish Beko would include a handle for the grill tray.
