This oven is very badly made, all with cheap components
1/5
The worse oven I've ever purchased. The main element failed within a few months, which was repaired in warranty. However, the issues started just after the warranty ended. The glaze on the bottom of the over started to crack, I'm guessing it could not cope with the Pyrolytic temperatures (which we used twice). The bottom of the oven then started to rust. The door developed a problem opening and shutting, issuing a loud 'crack'. I discovered the three sheets of heavy glass in door are all held in by a titchy 5mm screw, which works loose, causing the glass to drop and crack as the door opens (sounds like the glass with shatter at any moment). Finally, the door hinge failed. The powerful spring is held in by a small section of plastic. This plastic broke section under the strain of the spring, causing the spring to 'pop' out. The hinge cannot be removed from the door (as it's misshapened and wedged into the plastic housing), so the spring cannot be replaced. The door cannot shut, as the faulty spring is now too long to sit in the correct position on the door. The plastic housing is glued to the door, so the housing cannot be removed to help remove the spring. I expect an oven to last longer than 2 years.
So now I either replaced the door (which costs as much as the oven!), or throw the oven, as it's now completely unusable.
This oven is very badly made, with cheap components. Expect the oven to fail quickly. Extremely disappointed.
