Excellent piece of kit, so easy to use and clean and carpets look like new again. Highly recommend.

I have a whole house to clean and at moment I have done one room the carpet is near the main entrance and was quite dirty it has com up as though I have had a new carpet installed

We have owned and used a Vax carpet shampooer for many years, but it finally needed upgrading. The Vax platinum vet machine is ideal. We have a new puppy and two older cats so accidents can happen, plus ordinary wear and dirt. The machine is incredibly easy to set up and clean afterwards, with the sections clipping in easily and firmly. Using it could not be simpler, with forward motion to wash and reverse to remove the water and dirt. It certainly got out a lot of grime and the carpet looks like new. The drying time was shorter than in the past, due to the suction as the machine is pulled back towards you. The addition of the brushes has made all the difference by getting deep down, and now we will be able to keep all our floor coverings pristine. I am so pleased we bought this. Vax every time for clean carpets and rugs.

Easy to use, made such a difference to my rug, left it smelling fresh and clean, no more damp dog smell! Would definitely recommend.
