The fridge does do what it should - things are cold - but theres some pretty annoying aspects to it. Primarily, the door has some kind of mechanism that stops it closing, unless you give it quite a big shove - the natural resting point is 6 inches ajar. The door does have a very loud alarm to alert you to the door being open, but the door mechanism is massively annoying. It's also a lot shallower as a fridge than expected - it's the same height and width as our previous Kenwood fridge, but the door shelves are half as deep, and the depth of the fridge and freezer is also noticeably less, meaning we're struggling to get as much use out of it. Door and space issues aside, it's fine - it looks fine, it's quiet, the controls are easy enough to use, and it fundamentally works as a fridge, but I definitely would not recommend getting this fridge over others on the market - if I could returned it, I would've.

It appears to be well made and looks good in my kitchen. Easy to set up and instructions are clear. Plenty of space. The freezer compartment is fitted with shelves rather than drawers which I prefer. So quiet you can hardly hear it. Only time will tell how reliable it is but so far all signs are good.

Great fridge freezer, plenty of space for what we need.

Fabulous fridge freezer with convenient wheels unfortunately mine had an abrasion to the top of it but not noticeable really therefore I didn't do anything about it. The functions are great and not too noisy. The child lock was a nuisance at first as every time we switched it off it switched on again but somehow eventually it's off. I would recommend although I have only had it for one week.

Very happy with this American fridge freezer & AO support & delivery. Very modern in style goes nicely in the kitchen and much quieter than previous fridge freezer: plenty of room & quick to freeze/chill
