Delivery was exactly on time. The driver called just before my delivery. It was unpacked delivered and collecting the old tumble dryer in 10 minutes. Super quick, super efficient really pleased with it all

I recently purchased the Candy Smart Pro CSOEC10DE Wifi Connected 10Kg Condenser Tumble Dryer and I'm really pleased with its performance. The machine dries clothes beautifully within an hour, which is super convenient for my busy schedule. What really stands out is the water drawer located on the door—it's brilliantly designed and makes emptying water effortless, a significant improvement over the typical pull-out drawers However, I find the machine's instructions a bit lacking in clarity. It's not immediately apparent what each function is for, which can be a tad confusing at first. A more straightforward guide would make the experience perfect.

Very disappointed with this Candy Dryer. Make a SCURRING Noise when drying the clothing and has torn an Ironing Board Cover that I dried in it. Won’t be buying Candy again.

I am really impressed with this tumble dryer. We are a large family and I use the tumble dryer alot. As a result of this our tumble dryers do not last long. I had previously had a premium brand, expensive heat pump dryer which was less than impressive. When it finally stopped working I looked at AO and ordered this Candy condenser dryer for next day delivery. The price point was excellent, delivery superb as always and the dryer itself is drying 4 loads in the time it took the heat pump to dry one. This Candy dryer has a water tray on the door which is a great idea. It also has a pipe that can connect to the back to drain the water directly if you wish to do that. So far I am very impressed! If it lasts 3 years I will be very happy indeed.
