Great new machine, had to replace my tired old smaller kg dryer, it does take longer to dry the clothes but it's quieter than my previous machine and it even plays a little tune to let you know when it's finished.

Seems to be working well. Invested in this heat pump after much research and our old Grundig condenser model broke (RIP) 5 year warranty included, pretty quite when running, nice noises and display... No, it doesn't dry quite as fast as our old one but that's to be expected... However, even the largest load 9kg at 3 hour drying came out dry, not wet like there have been complaints about. Only just got round to cleaning the heat exchange unit... Unlike our old one you can't take the whole thing out which is disappointing as I can imagine it's going to get clogged in there. You can only get at it at the front. Other than that a good piece of kit.

Loving this new washing machine, it is quiet in operation and spins so much more water out than previous machines.

Very efficient and quiet machine. With the options anti wrinkle and extra softness the clothes are very fresh and not crumpled. The only thing with full mixed load better to set cotton programme than mix but it's only my opinion. Lots of programmes that will suit many users.

Very happy with the dryer - it was pricier than I initially intended to spend, but after reading reviews decided it was better to spend that little bit extra. It took a while to get used to the longer cycles, having come from a condenser dryer, and sometimes some heavier items have to go back in for a few more minutes to be completely dry, but the electricity saving seems to be worth it. The associated app is really handy too for getting cycle alerts, and I especially like the ability to see how much cycles have cost.
