Very impressed with this freezer. Good quality, good size, great price and looks good. Very quiet when running. Would highly recommend.

Very solid Freezer, good lighting, temp control. Good efficient delivery by AO except the delivery staff told me that they didnt fit the door handle and that was apparently published on the web site.

Slightly odd booklet which refers to the top 2 shelves as fridges but apparently this is down to using a different firm to write the instructions. Hisense assure me it is wholly a freezer. It certainly works very well and food can be seen easily on the shelves. Temperature indicator is internal but clear and easily read. Quiet .Looking forward to not having to defrost. Hoping for a long life!

We bought this upright freezer as a bit of additional space to our Hisense fridge freezer unit. They stand together matching in colour, and they complement each other. The internal drawers use all the internal space very well. The interior is frost free as we wanted (don’t like all this defrosting and not being able to open the drawer because ice is like the Arctic!) It is virtually silent when it is operating, and the door handle levers the door open when you pull it, superb idea. Its big brother has been operating without a hitch for a few years now and we expect this new Hisense freezer to do the same. So far very pleased.

Great freezer with a lot of space. There are some small plastic pieces for the door handles that don’t seem durable and I couldn’t keep them on, so I just left them off (doesn’t affect the handles at all). Not noisy at all, and I appreciate the inbuilt light.

Very happy with our purchase. The freezer looks great, works brilliantly, loads of space, easy to assemble. Fab service from AO, the delivery team were lovely.
