Not long had it but great so far! Heats up food quickly and evenly - couldn’t ask for more!

Had Hotpoint for years. The last similar cooker replaced by this new one was 35 years old and still working well! The new one is brilliant: easy to use and reliable. AO, as usual, provided a 5 ***** service by installing, removing the old cooker and packaging. Clean & tidy. Amazing!!! Thank you.

Excellent product, stylish with clean lines. Very well made and extremely robust. Good energy-saving features. This was purchased to replace a smaller Hotpoint cooker as part of my newly re-fitted kitchen.

It looks smart. And I know I am still getting used to it (only had it about a month) but whereas as my old cooker (over 50 years old!) would heat the pan on the ring from cold quite quickly on a 1 setting, this doesn't seem to heat it on a 1 setting, at least if it does it takes a very long time! You have to put it on 6 and then turn it down to 1. Haven't really used the fan oven yet. The conventional oven works well.
