Unfortunately we took delivery of a dud machine, it did not meet our expectations at all from day one. AO were very helpful throughout the whole debacle, Hisense themselves were less than helpful I have to be honest, without the intervention of Joseph from the AO Escalation team, I imagine we would still be waiting for yet another visit from an engineer? Through the very professional intervention of Joseph, we now have a brand new BEKO dishwasher which is perfect. I suspect we were just unlucky?

Love this slimline dishwasher. Needed to be very narrow and it slipped into place no problems. Connected with no problems. The hot/cold fill was ideal as only hot was available. The cutlery tray at the top is fuss free and ever so easy to use, no more baskets rattling around and the items come out stain spot free. The machine is very quite easy to use and has all the features I wanted. A very good buy for me.

Dishwasher cleans ok, but the baskets are not very well laid out and the hight of the baskets are very low creating a problem with larger dishes and pans and even mugs, would I purchase another one, I very much doubt it, not a patch on my previous dishwasher beko AAA.

A cracking little slimline dishwasher; a 30 minute cycle option (I know it sounds super common sense, but really don't expect this to get off any build-up / caked on foods! It won't!), which is super handy if you're chucking in one 'big' load and get it going straight away. We didn't want to spend loads as we're renting so never sure that we needed these appliances to last a lifetime, but so far so good and proves you don't have to spend a lot to get a great appliance. The cutlery pull-out tray (rather than a basket) is an absolute space saver meaning I'm sure we can almost get as much in this dishwasher as we did in our last full-size one. You can see the time while it's running, but for some reason the time doesn't appear to stay on display throughout the whole cycle - this might just be something that we need to figure out, however!
