The hood is nice and works well. The reason for such a low rating is the fitting instructions are frankly the worst instructions I have ever had the misfortune to use. Three types of hood plus vented and recirculating fixing are randomly intermingled in no logical order. If you are just a regular DIYer I'd buy a a different make.

The extraction rate is very good. The negatives are the noise levels and the reliability of the touch controls

Looks really sleek but it's way too loud. If I could be bothered to take it off the wall and package it up, I'd be sending it back. It has 3 levels of extraction but there doesn't seem to be any difference with the noise it makes. It's just full on. Considering the amount of noise it makes, you would expect to see the steam being pulled straight into the thing, but it doesn't really. A lot of my steam just floated off around the side. I'll probably just crack a window.

Touch button are not very responsive. I sometimes have to press 10 times to get the unit to power up. Unit a bit noisy.

Looks great ! Not used yet but I think it will do a good job.
