Cannot fault the service I haven’t had a new fridge freezer in years so this was super nice. It arrived the service was great there was an issue cosmetically with the unit but AO resolved this super quick. My last FF wasn’t automatic defrost but this is so it’s amazing. I do hear noises on times which I think is normal like water whooshing & a different sound also but I think it’s normal other than intermittent noise it’s so quiet & gorgeous. I haven’t used the water dispenser I do wish I had purchased the one without now as the door space is reduced due to the dispenser. I will look more into the noises soon but other than that is lovely. Thank you AO for exceptional customer support and great product. Look forward to more future orders with you.
