Replacement for our 12 year old NEFF that died after a power cut. The old unit was stainless front and sides and 20kg heavier, however it was difficult to keep free from staines. Initially felt the 'stainless effect' on the new unit was inferior, however it looks nice and much easier to clean. Leaver on water dispenser much better than old units rubber panel, which had to be removed frequently to bend back flimsy metal lever behind it. New unit has a touch panel for settings and ice/water dispenser selection as opposed to old units stainless buttons. Let's hope the touch panel lasts. Inside is a big improvement. Ice bucket in freezer section is on the door which provides room for two extra shelves at the top of the freezer, a big plus. Also inside the fridge section the gap between the wine rack and shelf above has been reduced, which provides room for an extra shelf, again most welcome. One less draw than the old unit, however no issue for us as it's replaced by a shelf which still leaves two draws for our fruit and veg, fresh meat going on the lowest shelf. One less draw allows for and extra door shelf as well, again most welcome. Very pleased with the fridge so far, lets hope its reliable and durable.

Love this fridge freezer, perfect for a largish kitchen and family. You can actually see everything in there so nothing gets lost at the back.

We had one of these in our old house, and bought this for the new one. They're fantastic - just seem to be much better designed than other similar fridges. Ice maker is reasonably quick and quiet, filters are easy to replace, looks good, with no TV screens or any nonsense like that!
