The fridge-freezer is amazing looks so stylish it is so big it’s almost difficult to fill it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great F/F with open plan fridge above a well proportioned freezer. The freezer drawers are easy to remove and have handles at the side to make this easy (unlike many that want a fight to get the drawers out or in) the controls are best set to lock to prevent changing the settings while opening or closing the fridge. Why wouldn’t you lock it how often do you change the temperatures. It’s very quiet which was a pleasant change to our old one. The only very minor bug is you need to open or at least slightly open the right door of the fridge to pull out the fruit and veg drawer. But it’s really not an issue as it allows a full open plan fridge. The delivery options from AO were a very pleasant surprise and we opted for the next day.

Impressively large fridge area. Will come into it's own at Christmas. Still trying to find our optimum weekly storage method after previously having a single door American style fridge. Good door space but not very convenient for uk milk carton as wrong size. Better for bottles with gadget supplied. Freezer has very good drawer space and helpful handles for lifting drawers out and filling. Alarm if fridge or freezer door open wide for too long, while filling for example. May become annoying or I may speed up! Only four stars for two reasons. Doors tend to be a bit tricky to close, or rather an average door swing isn't enough to close door. Also freezer doors bounce open if you close fridge too hard. We still are struggling to find a happy medium after a week. Good Super Freeze features and economy for on holidays etc. Looks good and I'm sure we'll get used to it, but not sure if I'd seen it first I would've bought it. Our previous Samsung died (when full) after many years and we needed it urgently and none locally to try.

I hope this will help future purchasers. A 5 star product but a bit of a journey. Great careful delivery of this enormous machine. Turned it on - all lit up but not cooling. Ran self test as per manual - all ok apparently. Manual said it could be the machine is programmed for showroom - all lights but no action. Called Bosch support - very helpful friendly agent who said if the lights are on it cannot be set for showroom. Manual seemed to say otherwise so tried to reset again - this time successful. Manual a bit poor as it does not explicitly say what to expect under all circumstances. Anyway, now works and seems to be a great machine.
