Delivery Guys saved the day

Delivery was held up for a day due to delivery van being involved in accident. Freezer was delivered following day. Delivery guys were brilliant despite being under pressure and having a backlog of items to deliver. Admin side wasn't quite so streamlined as it took them at least 4 hrs to notify me about delay. If it wasn't for delivery guys it would have been 3*
