Easy to follow the instructions to set up, now easy to use, easy to empty. great suction, easy to push around. Very happy with our purchase.

I’ve only given a 4* because I’ve not used it a lot yet. It’s my third Dyson. First one was an Animal too and my son has it. Second one was not a ball variety, but I’m about to get it serviced and will give it to one of my daughters! This new one is very pretty, very strong and remarkably light. It has lots of tools that I don’t really know what to do with and I think one thing I would have appreciated is a hard copy manual. I’m sure it’s ll online, but I doubt I will ever look it up.

This has been a great buy, it has done a great job of sucking up dog hair and dust with ease and I have noticed it has helped with allergies.

Really good product. Wasn’t expecting to have to assemble it, thought it would come fully assembled but was easy enough to put together and works great.

Really pleased with my new Dyson. All the little niggles I had with my old Dyson Ball have been ironed out and this cleaner is much easier to use. Cleans carpets and tiled floors really well. Might be expensive but worth every penny.

Suction is amazing! Didn’t realise how bad my previous Hoover was! I like that you can add all the attachments to the Hoover itself; my other Hoover, I’d be back and forth grabbing different attachment for what was needed. Very happy
