This is my ultimate don't-really-need-it-but-want-it purchase. Do we really need a warming drawer? Well no, we don't need it. But factor in that it can be used to prove dough and can be used as a slow cooker and you've got some reasons to justify to yourself, if not the bank manager.

Only just had fitted in a new Kitchen, but the feel and build quality of this product is outstanding, will have to come up with some ways to use this, as it was bought as a filler under the Combi oven, so time will tell
