I have had this about a year and mainly use it for microwave but do occasionally use it as an oven. There is a really bad design fault which is very annoying. If using any function and you open the door to say turn something over or move something, when you close the door the oven will not just continue to operate as you would expect and like any other oven, including a Samsung oven. To continue cooking or grilling you have to press start. This happens every time you open the door and as it is not normal it is very easy to forget and can ruin your cooking. Also microwave works fine in nearly all applications for me except when cooking poppadoms. In my old microwave of the same power it took 49 secs. This one can take anything up to 4 mins and even then is not cooked evenly. It’s a shame as it is spoilt by the bad design.
