Great dryer. Quiet; filter is easy to clean; and reservoir easy to empty. Selecting cupboard dry doesn't always leave items bone dry - need to remove dryer items and set dryer again for heavier items. The best thing is, I can use it every day (three times a day...) knowing it isn't costing the earth!

What a superb piece of kit! It runs very quietly and uses much less power than my old machine. Everything is easily accessed - filter and water bin. It looks good, it works well and I'm delighted. It does take a little longer but no more than the next load takes to wash.

Very happy so far - very easy to set up, use and fantastic energy performance - the room doesn't get even warm, which proves that the Heat Pump technology works well. Very nice delivery team too!

Really easy to use, and dries items a lot quicker than I thought it would for a heat pump tumble dryer.

Really pleased with this dryer. It is pretty quiet when running, which is great. The controls are fairly simple (although the instructions aren't very good). I love that I can use it without my windows and tiled floor getting covered in condensation like it used to with my old condenser dryer. Dries the clothes well and has a decent capacity. It takes a little longer to dry a load than my previous machine but it's not excessive.

our new Hotpoint tumble dryer with the heat pump is fantastic, has the washing dry in half the time our old tumbler us to take. Money well spent.
