Well at first I thought I was going to be daunted as this compact machine has a veaiety of different parts - tanks and nozzles. In fact, working carefully through the instructions, it all made perfect sense. All attachments snap together with a really ingenious design, and appears to be made of sturdy materials. Best of all it removed glue marks on my carpet that I had never successfullty tackled before. Therefore II am delighted.

Absolutely brilliant peice of kit

I have a Cat that likes to use carpets as a toilet rather than the litter tray, so this item is essential in keeping my house from smelling like a toilet. I am overall quite pleased with the results that I have achieved with this unit as it does a good job with recent stains, however, I have to mark it down a point for the noise level. I have to plug my ears with cotton wool if I am using this unit for more than a couple of minutes as it is way too loud for prolonged use.
