first one had to be returned as the control board had a problem that was affecting the compressor and had dammaged the compressor .have had the second one installed for a week now and so far no problems, as for the overal operation the fridge and freeze have a lot of room almost twice as much as my old twenty year old fridge freezer, the only let down is the ice maker, the ice bucket is half the size of my old one and it take twice as long to fill the ice bucket, more than 24 hours to fill it.

Love it but the engineer couldn’t connect the water filter so no cold water that I particularly wanted . I was reimbursed for fitting but now how to get separate plumber which will cost quite a lot

Really happy with this fridge. Looks great in the kitchen, runs very quietly and has so much space. Brilliant.

I had AG American fridge freezer I had a lot of problem with the Ice maker after 6 weeks couldn’t be repaired as didn’t make that model any more So went for the Samsung it seams deeper I definitely get more food in there then I discovered you can buy a wine rack I’m absolutely thrilled The water is also colder the ice maker perfect never run out of ice I highly recommend this Samsung We are a house hold of 4 adults loads of room I can’t recommend the Samsung American Fridge Freezer Highly recommended you purchasing through ao Amazing customer service The 2 young men very respectful They delivered fitted and removed old fridge Freezer took all packaging away with n hafe hour So professional I’d highly recommend buying anything through AO and highly recommend buying a Samsung I can’t praise them enough perfect service Perfect Samsung
