I’m well pleased with this fridge/ freezer , it’s replacing a LG fridge/ freezer which is 18 years old but this on actually has more fridge and freezer space than the old one , and the little door is great for just getting the milk out and the E rating is also a lot cheaper to use than the older one was.

It’s good but, there are a few things to consider. The good things 1st. Loads of space inside. Lots of shelving options. Feels well built. Buttons for ice and water work first time every time. The fridge already comes with the water filter and hoses so no need to buy any. The instructions for setup are pretty clear. You will need a plumber or someone experienced to plumb in the water feed from your existing pipework and through the filter. The water wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be but, you have an ice dispenser so that helps instantaneously. The ice bucket takes a good while to fill up and can empty out fairly quickly if you have a large family or you’re entertaining so you’ll be wise to monitor it. The ice bucket can be taken out to manually dispense the ice as well so that’s a nice feature. We’ve only had it a few weeks but overall it’s been excellent.

So far we are really pleased with this Hisense fridge freezer. Nice and quite, nicely laid out inside. Thought the hatch was a bit of a gimmick, but actually use it more than the door for accessing milk and fruit juice. Overall quite impressed.

Fantastic fridge freezer, really quiet and loads of room to get everything in. Door on the front to save energy seemed weird at first bit now I couldn't live without it! Childlock for the water and ice dispenser is a life saver to stop kids going crazy and it auto stops ice production when it's full. Highly recommend this fridge freezer

Product arrived within a couple of days and after following the instructions the fridge freezer still wasn’t working. Contacted A.O. and they put me on to the Hisense repair team. One week later and the thing still hasn’t been fixed or replaced. Not flipping happy. I’ve had to go and purchase a small fridge just to try and get us through this situation. Not happy at all.

This is a great fridge, and really value for money. I love the window for the milk and drinks shelf.
