Straightforward to set up and use. You get a decent amount of washing time from the amount of water you put in. Slightly awkward to empty the water once you're finished, but leaves great results.

It does the job & gets the floor really clean. It is a bit cumbersome & heavy. The flip head doesn't work in the way I expected though. It only flips so that you can spray extra dirty areas but I thought it could flip over so you could go over a really dirty floor a 2nd time without removing the pad. You have to detatch the mop head & turn it round to use the clean side. It's not easy to insert the mop into the pad from a standing position without touching it either. Apart from that it works in the same way as any steam mop. The Klik & Flip 7 double pad is just a gimmick really.

A good product makes cleaning the floors easier and being so simple to use ( not that a mop and bucket isn’t) the floors are getting cleaned more often. Dries so much quicker and leave floors looking great.
