Seems OK, the only gripe at the moment is that the fridge has been levelled but keeping the door open while removing things is not easy as the door shuts on its own quite quickly? You remove something turn around and the door has shut and with the suction its hard to reopen. A minor irritation is why do they put the model /serial number plate/sticker in such an awkward place to read it? Not deal busters but a little irritating.

This fridge appeared to meet our wishes and, initially, worked well. However, after about 6 weeks, water appeared from underneath it. The draining vessel for water from the cooling element had overflowed. A very helpful engineer attended but there was nothing he could do! It appears that the design is so energy efficient that the compressor doesn't get warm enough to evaporate the water. Hotpoint initially stated there is nothing wrong but, after another engineer visit, have agreed to a replacement. It appears this fridge isn't fit for purpose, needing a redesign to ensure the water evaporates. Very disappointed having enjoyed great service from our previous Hotpoint fridge.

Quiet, plenty of space and just perfect for my family needs. Absolutely perfect
