I am very pleased with my Elica ceiling extractor. It looks good, it works well and was fairly easy to fit by my family member. I was able to get it to fit flush to the ceiling. I like everything about it. I would certainly recommend this item.

Ok so the elephant in the room is that it is unlikely to ever fit flush to your ceiling as you need a little more than 30cm head room BUT once fitted in a little frame it looks, sounds and sucks great. I sometimes go outside so that I can get the smell of the food I am cooking on the hob from the outlet of the extractor because it doesn’t really allow much fragrance escape into the room. It’s big but not incredibly deep so if you have 600mm centres on your ceiling then you have some wiggle room and the fan allows some flexibility in that it can be turned. I was worried that the light would look like it belonged in a mess room but it’s lovely.
