Really nice hob, replaces old version. Have always preferred Neff products and never been let down by them.

We love the space and flexibility that the larger 5 ring burners hob provides. There are several almost identical looking 5 ring gas hobs out there, but we chose this NEFF model as we prefer NEFF's quality and attention to detail. The burners, for example, each have a 9 click position to control the burners, from full on, maximum heat, to super low simmer. Also, the pan racks on top of the burners are made of heavy cast iron, and each pan position comes with corner supports for the pan above, so no chance a small pan could topple over, with dangerous consequences! (We can't believe it can be legal to manufacture hobs without this feature, purely from a safety point of view) Installation by AO was very straightforward and efficient, so all in all, we are very pleased.

We purchased the Neff gas job as we had recently had a brand new kitchen installed. We had initially decided to keep our old Neff gas hob, but once it was installed it just looked shabby by comparison to all the new stuff. Also it had developed a fault where the near right burner would take ages to light. I checked the prices of spares to repair and look better and realised the cost would be more than half of a brand new product. We have mostly Neff equipment in our kitchen do decided to go for another Neff hob the N70 T27DS59N0 looked very good and reviews rated it highly especially the controllability using the preset heat settings. The cast iron pan supports also looked good and strong for heavy pans to stop them tipping. I am a Five Star member so got the free delivery and disposal of old hob and I opted for the AO fitting service so that it would be working on the day of delivery without having to co- ordinate a separate gas fitter appointment. The delivery was booked and on the morning of delivery a text message gave a one hour window for delivery which was updated frequently due to the vaguaries of traffic etc. The delivery man and fitter arrived promptly ( I had given 'What Three Words" positioning as our house is actually below the post code address). The old hob was swiftly and cleanly removed and the new one fitted. All the gas safety checks were done and a quick demo of the hob was given to our satisfaction. I am very happy with our purchase and my wife thinks it is lovely and fits our new kitchen perfectly. I was given the option of an AO extended warranty and took up the offer as the terms and conditions seemed ideal. Well done AO!
