Waste Consignment Note
Product Overview
Disposing of waste from a commercial setting? To be legally compliant, you’re going to need a Waste Consignment Note to go along with your recycling service. This applies whether your recycling is a standalone service, or if we’re taking away an old appliance when delivering a new one.
Make sure that both the service and the waste note are in your basket at the checkout, otherwise we won’t be able to do the collection. You’ll only need one note per order, no matter how many items we’re collecting.
Waste Consignment Notes are a legal requirement, and the responsibility is on you to make sure you obtain a Waste Note if required. Failing to do so may result in fines, enforcement orders, or even prosecution from the Environment Agency or SEPA.
Our fully digital service means that you’ll receive a PDF copy of your completed Waste Note within 24 hours of your collection, which you can download and store for your records. We’ll also complete quarterly returns to the Environment Agency, or SEPA, to ensure you’re fully compliant.
